Accounting (AP/AR) Assistant
Location: King of Prussia, PA Pay: $28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting (AP/AR) Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, updating customer billing information, and assisting with day-to-day accounting and office administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and ensure timely billing
- Enter and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Update customer billing information within the Epicor CRM system
- Record and process invoices, payments, and check information from customers and vendors
- Maintain accurate filing systems and accounting records
- Handle incoming phone calls and email communications professionally
- Assist management and team members with administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Support month-end and general accounting activities as needed
Qualifications
- Prior Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Epicor or similar ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Business administration experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
