Job Description
The Football Factory is a new Football Retail Store located at the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, OH. Retail Manager oversees the daily operations of a sports retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for both customers and staff. This role involves managing a small team, maintaining inventory, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Manage store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and support a team of 1-5 employees to maintain high performance.
Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of POS systems.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years experience in retail management.
Strong skills in retail management, inventory control, and POS systems.
