The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating across multiple lines of business to exceed sales expectations and successfully direct and drive the Business Banking strategy. This position is an experienced professional who is an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. The Business Banking Director – Growth and Market RMs leads two specific verticals, both focused on expanding existing client relationships, sourced from different internal channels. Each carries specific market, team and business-growth accountabilities aligned to its respective segment strategy. Growth Advisors are specialists focused on proactive client outreach to deposit-only clients to identify opportunities, build sales and deposit pipelines and increase wallet share. Market RMs are aligned with geographic markets and receive referrals from banking centers and from the online application portal to develop loan, deposit, payment services and digital opportunities. Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $163,900/yr - $336,300.00/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States.
