ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper in Houston, TX to maintain the property, sweep breezeways, replace light bulbs, and pressure wash exterior surfaces. You will walk the property monthly and ensure common areas and model units are clean and market-ready. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, customer service focus, and strong organizational skills.
