Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service times.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's certification or equivalent preferred.
