Hybrid - Corporate Office Itasca, IL 60143, USA Description Description Summer Interns will supportvarious departments and work on a variety of projects and day-to-day business responsibilities, gain soft skills in a professional business environment, conduct weekly presentations, participate in training sessions and other activities throughout the summer. Interns will be assigned to one of the following departments: Accounting Actuarial Business Development (Sales) Property and Casualty Medical Stop Loss Captive Finance Claims Health Risk Management / Strategic Vendor Services Marketing Program Management Property and Casualty Medical Stop Loss ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree relative to a respective department and currently completing your junior year of college.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

Strong team attitude Works well independently and in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Organization, planning and prioritization skills Commitment to company values

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
