Our Green Bay Regional Fleet is hiring CDL-A drivers based out of Souderton, Pennsylvania. Drivers run throughout the Northeast and Midwest, hauling refrigerated freight between Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan.

Driver Pay Rates:

• Earn $85,000 - $95,000+ per year
• Average 2,400+ miles per week
• Mileage pay based on years of service with JBS:
  • Less than 1 year: $0.64 CPM
  • 1 year: $0.65 CPM
  • 2 years: $0.66 CPM
  • 3 years: $0.67 CPM
  • 4 years: $0.68 CPM
  • 5 years: $0.69 CPM
  • 6 years: $0.70 CPM
  • 7+ years: $0.72 CPM
• All dispatched loaded and empty miles paid (zip code to zip code)
• Additional Stop/Pickup: $40
• Detention Pay: $20/hour after the first 2 hours
• Breakdown Pay: $20/hour, up to $160 per occurrence
• Layover Pay: $160
• NYC Delivery Surcharge: $50
• Qualified Holiday Pay: $150
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: eligible drivers can earn additional bonus pay

Home Time:

• Earn 1 day of home time for every 6 days out
• Bank up to 6 days of home time
• Drivers return to the Souderton, PA terminal for home time
• Trucks are parked at the terminal while drivers take their personal vehicles home

Work & Route:

• Average Weekly Miles: 2,400+
• Main Driving Region: Northeast and Midwest
• Primary Freight: Refrigerated
• Fleet primarily transports JBS beef products from Green Bay, WI, and Plainwell, MI, to customers throughout the Northeast
• Backhaul freight returns drivers to the Midwest
• Primary operating areas include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan
• Drivers must be comfortable operating in major metropolitan areas, including New York City when dispatched
• Drivers are responsible for managing Hours of Service efficiently and delivering freight safely and on time
• Drivers may be required to scale loads and wash out trailers

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Safe driving record
• Ability to manage Hours of Service efficiently
• Willingness to operate throughout the Northeast and Midwest
• Must be willing to deliver to New York City when dispatched
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate safely in all weather conditions
• Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Scale loads and wash out trailers when required
