Under the functional guidance of the Epidemiology Manager, the candidate will participate in the development, education, and maintenance of Infection Prevention and Hospital Epidemiology programs. The role focuses on surveillance, infection prevention and control, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare and the prevention of healthcare-associated infections. Job Details: Location: Detroit, MI Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, 1 year of experience in Infection Control or related area, Michigan licensure or accreditation if applicable, and a valid license or certification in a relevant discipline. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with epidemiological surveillance and infection prevention programs, certification from recognized infection control or epidemiology organizations.
