Lincoln Peak Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to step into an established, highly productive practice in Middlebury, Vermont. Part-time candidates may also be considered.

This isn't an opportunity where you'll spend your first year trying to build a patient base. Lincoln Peak Dental has served the community for 25 years, and our immediate opening comes with established patient demand, a strong hygiene program, experienced clinical support, and a comprehensive schedule ready for the right dentist.

With 35% of collections, $300,000-400,000 earning potential, daily rate options, and up to $24,000 in sign-on, relocation, and retention incentives, this is an opportunity to build a highly rewarding career while maintaining the clinical autonomy of private practice.

• Full Administrative Support: Scheduling, billing, collections, credentialing, HR, marketing, and practice operations are supported so you can focus on dentistry

About Lincoln Peak Dental

For approximately 25 years, Lincoln Peak Dental has built lasting relationships with patients throughout Middlebury and the surrounding Vermont communities.

Our established practice combines comprehensive dentistry, a strong hygiene program, experienced team members, and advanced digital technology with the personalized feel of a community dental office.

This opening provides the opportunity to step into an established provider schedule with two full-time hygienists, existing patient demand, and the infrastructure to be productive from the beginning.

Your Role as a General Dentist

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning 
• Deliver preventive, restorative, crown and bridge, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and clinical interests 
• Utilize digital scanning, CEREC, in-house milling, lasers, and other technology to support efficient treatment 
• Build lasting relationships with an established patient population 
• Collaborate closely with the hygiene team to identify and address patients' comprehensive oral health needs 
• Coordinate cases with specialists throughout the Affinity clinical network when appropriate 
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience 

 

What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program 
• Active Vermont dental license or eligibility to obtain one 
• Strong general dentistry and treatment-planning skills 
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• Collaborative approach to working with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team
