- Contracts AdvisorApply**Job#: 3053973****Job Description:**Contracts Advisor**Location:** Findlay, Ohio (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a JR LEVEL Contracts Advisor with 1-2 years of related experience, to support contract administration activities. This role involves managing contract modifications, renewals, and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve processes. The position requires collaboration with business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities* Manage contract reissue activities and maintain reissue logs.* Prepare and execute affiliate amendments, consent-to-assign agreements, extension amendments, and other standard contract modifications.* Coordinate contract routing, approvals, and signature collection.* Track contract execution activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.* Provide contract administration support to business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.* Support contract renewals, expirations, and compliance activities.* Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and efficiency.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree is required.**Experience:** Experience in procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management is required.
