Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating RoomLocation: Naples, FL 34103We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Operating Room (OR) team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and proficient in providing exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room environment.Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery of patients.Monitor patient responses effectively.Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized OR environment.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.Qualifications & SkillsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience working in an Operating Room or similar fast-paced environment preferred.Proficient in IV insertion, management, and monitoring.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs.Knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care standards.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Work ScheduleFull time position with flexible scheduling to meet the demands of the OR environment.
