We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and expanding primary care program in Great Falls, Montana!

About the Group:
Established outpatient Family Medicine program supported by 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers
100% outpatient practice with Hospitalist coverage for inpatient care
Collaborative multidisciplinary team within an expanding health system
Modern Acute Care Hospital with advanced technology and a full range of specialty support

Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care
Collaborate with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Hospitalists in a team-based environment

Practice in a modern facility with strong specialty support and advanced resources

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Montana medical licensure
