Educational Background

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or area of specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or the ability to achieve these within 90 days)
