Receptionist - Legal Office

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local legal office in Bloomington, IL to hire a professional and dependable Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone with receptionist, administrative, legal, secretary, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment.

Receptionist Responsibilities

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Ensure client names are spelled and pronounced correctly
Run errands to the courthouse, including picking up and dropping off paperwork
Provide general administrative and office support
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications

Legal office experience preferred
Receptionist, administrative assistant, secretary, or customer service experience welcomed
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and dependable
Willingness to learn and use transferable skills
