In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business.Overhead Door Company of Northeast Kansas™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an experienced Warehouse Manager in Topeka, KS who has a proven track record of being proactive and hands on.Position Overview:Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation. Will advise senior management on necessary actions and/or proposed policy and process changes and will enforce adherence to requirements by warehouse personnel.Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocolsPurchase materials and control inventory levels. Conduct physical cycle counts and reconcile inventory with our various materials management systems (ERP system included).Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts as necessary. Inspect equipment, issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement as needed and ensure safety is at top of mind by anyone in or near our warehouse facilities.Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actionsComplete daily and weekly warehouse operational requirementsPull and/or monitor internal and external customer orders and notify customers of status and inform them if product is out of stock and/or discontinued and recommend alternative solutionsInteract with customers by phone and/or in-person and ensure their multiple order information is correctly processed.
