Senior Java Tech Lead Backend:
● Strong Java (Backend technology) development expertise: Deep understanding of core Java (Backend technology) concepts, design patterns, and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
● Software architecture skills: Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures
● Problem-solving abilities: Capability to analyze complex problems and provide/implement solutions
● Performing code review, optimization and performance tuning.
● Experience with Agile development: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
● Mentorship and coaching to development team members.
● Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
● Proactive identification of potential risks and issues
