Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, monitoring and managing critically ill patients
• Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic data, and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-sustaining treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
• Respond to emergent and rapidly changing patient conditions with appropriate clinical interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wyoming, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for residency verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a regional trauma, cardiac, or stroke center environment
