Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician

Providence is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, collegial primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patientcentered care across the lifespan while practicing in a supportive, missiondriven environment.

Physicians are supported by experienced clinical staff, integrated care teams, and a system committed to quality, access, and provider wellbeing.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
  
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
  
• Eligible for medical licensure
  
• Commitment to patientfocused, teambased care
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is $296,169 and $347,122 annually
  
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  
• CME allowance and paid time off
  
• Marketbased signon and relocation assistance may be available
  

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Where You'll Work

Providence Centralia Internal Medicine Clinic delivers and coordinates primary care close to home-supporting routine preventive visits, chronic disease management, and referrals to specialty care. The clinic includes on-site laboratory services and a diabetes/nutrition center in the building, and provides access to broader specialty resources through the Providence system
