Associate Creative Director, Copy

To support a growing creative team, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Copy will lead communication projects from conception to completion, ensuring that design, copy, and user experience work seamlessly together while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver breakthrough creative work and influence peers throughout project execution Master clinical data and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies for clients Manage multiple teams and workflows efficiently, empowering junior creatives and maintaining project schedules Required qualifications Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience, including at least 3 years in pharmaceutical writing Experience in Sickle Cell Disease or gene therapy and multicultural marketing Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior creatives Strong background in HCP and patient marketing with launch experience Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
