Landscaping/Maintenance Foreman – Now Hiring
A commercial Landscaping & Maintenance Company in Eustis is seeking an experienced Foreman/Lead to join our team immediately. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on skills, and the ability to manage daily operations with minimal supervision once trained.
Position Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Proficient in truck and trailer operation
- Ability to operate all routine landscaping and maintenance equipment including mowers, edgers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Strong plant identification and general horticulture knowledge
- Prior crew leadership experience required.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently as part of daily duties
- Any experience with irrigation systems (operation, troubleshooting, or installation) is a plus but not required
Job Expectations
- Lead a crew from morning prep through completion of daily maintenance of commercial properties.
- Operate efficiently with little to no direction after training
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and quality standards on all job sites
- Start time: 7:00 AM daily in Eustis, (Lake County) FL
