Business Analyst

Job TitleHigh quality client or analysts that can learn quickly (should still meet the requirement of having 3 to 4 years+ years' experience in IT).Milestone is the primary app, RL6 experience/knowledge preferred.Must have application lifecycle management experience.Must have client/customer facing skills.Hybrid role with requirement to go onsite for support, upgrades, testing (frequency varies).Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.Business acumen. Understand operational workflows supported by applications.Good communication/collaboration/team skills.Experience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignments.Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, application lifecycle management Initial applications: RL6, Milestone, RFT – Baby Safe Place, ALM.
