Apply bulge-bracket investment banking expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using high-quality, real-world banking inputs. This remote consulting engagement centers on the accuracy, structure, and client-ready quality of investment banking deliverables. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities
- Design assignments that mirror authentic banking workflows, including pitch preparation, sector coverage, deal execution, and client update processes.
- Create and critique associate-through-VP-level materials, including pitchbooks, confidential information memoranda, deal memos, and market analyses.
- Assess model-generated work for numerical accuracy, structural integrity, and alignment with banking communication standards.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish pitch-ready materials from early drafts, capturing content quality and narrative polish.
- Identify and annotate recurring weaknesses in banking materials, such as incorrect valuation multiples, vague language, and weak transaction rationales.
- Provide guidance on presenting financial-modeling outputs effectively in persuasive, client-facing documents.
- At least 3 years of experience at a bulge-bracket or elite boutique investment banking firm.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality pitchbooks, CIMs, deal memos, or comparable materials for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced financial-modeling capability and the ability to turn quantitative analysis into clear, compelling narratives.
- Exceptional written English and command of professional investment banking terminology and style.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical precision, pitchbook craftsmanship, and rubric fidelity.
- Familiarity with current investment banking market conventions and persuasive communication techniques.
- An MBA or MSc in Finance is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Remote, US-based contract engagement.
- Independent contractor role.
$100 to $200 per hour.
