What You’ll Do Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, resolving questions and discrepancies. Assist with account reconciliations and support month‑end close activities. Maintain accurate AP records while ensuring timely payments. Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and maintain financial accuracy. What We’re Looking For Previous Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience processing a high volume of invoices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team.
