Critical Facilities Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations of a mission-critical commercial property. You will manage building infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life-safety systems to ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and vendors, planning and overseeing maintenance, coordinating capital and repair projects, managing budgets, and maintaining documentation. You will develop and implement risk mitigation, emergency response, and energy efficiency strategies while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
