Job Description

Position Title: Senior Accountant

Boston, MA - Hybrid: 2 days in office

Role Overview: Support accounting and reporting for investment-related entities within a private equity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements and capital activity reporting.
Maintain general ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Assist with tax reporting, audits, and investment transactions.
Support cash management and banking activities.
Improve and automate accounting processes and systems.
Assist with other accounting needs as assigned.

Keys:

4-6+ years experience.
Public Audit experience from Big 4, BDO, RSM
Private Equity client(s) experience
CPA is a huge plus
Can also be straight private experience via PE admin
