Lead Technical Product Engineer HR Systems (Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow)

The Lead Technical Product Engineer HR Systems (Oracle, UKG and ServiceNow) will play a key role in Signature Aviation’s digital technology team, designing and building the next generation of guest-focused private aviation experiences. This position will be a key contributor to the building and design of our product vision. As the Lead Product Engineer, you will work closely with others on your development team, product owners, QA, and internal clients to ensure product expectations are being met. Recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades for optimal performance of company workstations.Determines, develops, and maintains user manuals and guidelines.Researches and resolves application production problems.
