Sr. Marketing Manager, Outreach
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead field-based market development for da Vinci surgery in an assigned region. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive procedure growth through customer activation, referral network expansion, and localized marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual regional market development plans aligned with commercial priorities and procedure growth objectives
- Partner with Sales leadership, surgeons, referring providers, and hospital stakeholders to drive coordinated activation and customer engagement
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights and market data to activate priority accounts and health systems
- Lead execution of marketing initiatives including patient education, physician locator activation, outcome profiles, and regional awareness campaigns
- Monitor customer activation milestones and referral performance, measuring commercial impact using data-driven KPIs and optimizing strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical device sales, or hospital business development experience
- Demonstrated success building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare executives
- Experience developing and executing regional growth strategies
- Strong ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer activation, social media, and website optimization
- Ability to travel approximately 75% within assigned geographic region
