We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships.*Responsibilities*:* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.* Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits.* Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.* Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.* Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and coordinating with the sales team.* Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, vehicle specifications, and dealership promotions.* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information regarding vehicle options, pricing, and financing.* Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.## Qualifications*Experience** Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a dealership environment, but not required* Familiarity with inventory control processes, within the automotive industry is advantageous, is a plus* Proficiency in retail math to assist customers with financial inquiries effectively.* Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the dealership and the customer.* Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
