Description

Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking a IT Support Associate to join our team! Primary responsibilities included user training and education responding to maintenance needs such as help desk format, configuring, maintaining and installing PCs/Thin Clients, printers and phones. Working with the consulting firm for phone and networking needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance on hardware.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment
• Work with a variety of operating systems, including, Windows 10. Windows 2016 & Windows 2019 Server.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Connectivity, etc. Will be working with consulting firm for phone and networking needs.
• Configure and problem-solve issues related to computer peripherals and software.
• VM Ware knowledge.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in MIS or business-related field preferred.
• Desire progressively responsible experience in medical or health related field.
• Information systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.

Pay: $52,228 - $62,664 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
