Strategic Sourcing Assistant

Providing operational and strategic support for Integrated Facilities Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Assistant will manage contract lifecycle activities, execute vendor onboarding, and generate critical operational reports to enhance sourcing operations and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, including drafting agreements and processing renewals Execute vendor onboarding and maintain data integrity across multiple systems Generate operational reports for distribution to leadership teams, supporting strategic sourcing functions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2-6 years of experience in contracts administration, strategic sourcing, or vendor management Demonstrated capability in contract management, including renewals and compliance monitoring Proficiency with contract or sourcing management systems (e.g., Jaggaer, Aravo, Corrigo) Experience maintaining high compliance rates in contract or vendor management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
