Opportunity Highlights

Join a growing behavioral health team providing psychotherapy to older adults in long-term care settings
Full-time W2 position with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule – no evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

Provide therapy and mental health support to aging adults in skilled nursing facilities
Perform clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance emotional well-being

Qualifications

Active Tennessee license: LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
Independent practice and billing eligibility
Passion for geriatric care and strong communication skills
