Residential Counselor Community Resources For Justice, Inc., Templeton, Massachusetts, United States About This Position The Residential Counselor will support clients and help them reach their goals at our Templeton location. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week position is non‑exempt and eligible for benefits. The starting rate for this role is $18/hr. This opportunity includes on‑the‑job training and career advancement possibilities within the organization. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model to support clients in attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Ability to pass required certifications within the agency’s time frame.
