Facilities Operations Coordinator - Multi‑Site & Vendor Management

Aspen Dental

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee day-to-day maintenance of dental equipment across multiple locations. The role involves troubleshooting over the phone, coordinating with vendors, managing billing, and running small projects from start to finish. Chicago or Syracuse candidates preferred; exceptional remote candidates may be considered. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotation after hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspen Dental
