Field Service Report ReviewerEOLA Power is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to serve as our Field Service Report (FSR) Reviewer. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating Field Service Reports completed by our Field Service Engineers before they are released to clients and internal teams.The FSR Reviewer plays a critical role in protecting revenue, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our documentation reflects the level of professionalism EOLA Power is known for.This is a focused role centered on report review and quality control, with additional quoting support responsibilities to complement the workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service Report ReviewReview completed Field Service Reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarityVerify critical information including:Manufacturer datesBattery installation and end-of-life (EOL) datesCapacitor and fan replacement datesUnit EOL recommendationsSupporting images and documentationIdentify and correct common reporting errors before reports are finalizedEnsure no missed details that could result in lost quoting opportunitiesMaintain consistency and adherence to EOLA Power's internal review processVerify all supporting images are clear, properly labeled, and correctly oriented (upright) for client-ready presentationClient-Ready PresentationReview Service Comments and Recommendations for clarity and professionalismEnsure language is clear, concise, and appropriate for mid-level technical audiencesValidate Excel summary tables for accuracy and usabilityQuoting SupportAssist with generating quotes based on service findingsHelp bridge the gap between field observations and commercial follow-upSupport operations and sales teams with accurate documentationWhat We're Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who:Thrives in detail-oriented, structured, and repetitive workHas strong focus and the ability to maintain accuracy over timeTakes pride in catching errors others may missIs organized, disciplined, and process-drivenWorks well independently while supporting a larger teamQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and digital documentation systemsStrong written communication skillsAbility to learn technical material through training and repetitionExperience in critical power, UPS systems, batteries, or technical service environments is a plus, but not requiredWhy This Role MattersIf reporting errors are not caught, they ripple outward, affecting quotes, revenue, and client trust.
