This is a hybrid (with Santa Clara, CA preferred) or remote role, reporting to the VP, Corporate Communications in the Global Corporate Communications department. Serving as the strategic architect and hands-on driver of Zscaler's Founder, Chairman, and CEO Jay Chaudhry's global communications platform, you will translate deep technical vision into high-reach, impactful narratives. In this high-visibility role, you will build an omnichannel CEO comms engine, elevate executive share of voice, and direct strategic positioning across earned media, global keynotes, digital channels, and rapid-response moments.What You'll Do (Role Expectations)Build, operationalize, and lead an omnichannel CEO communications engine spanning earned media, marquee speaking stages, digital channels, and executive presentationsDefine and evolve the CEO's master narrative and message architecture, translating complex Zero Trust, AI, and cloud innovations into clear business valueSecure tier-1 business, financial, and tech media placements while expanding executive presence across podcasts, modern broadcast, and digital videoArchitect and ghostwrite high-impact thought leadership content, including op-eds, blogs, keynotes, customer letters, and internal all-hands addressesEstablish a rapid-response operating rhythm for market scanning, competitive counter-positioning, and high-stakes issue communicationsWho You Are (Success Profile)You act like an owner.
