This role is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced tools and systems that streamline client interactions, documentation, and care coordination. The support you receive as part of our collaborative team includes access to in-house training opportunities, individual supervision, and a culture that emphasizes work-life balance. Our typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, allowing for a harmonized schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a client caseload by establishing rapport and building trustful relationships, while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring that transitions such as discharges occur seamlessly and appropriately.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are centered around the client's needs, adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments.

  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client, in compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices.

  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential client history, needs, and therapeutic goals.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and approaches tailored to different client scenarios.

  • Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback, and reflect on professional development.

Our client population encompasses diverse age groups, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

  • Possession of a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this role ranges between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to receive payment ahead of collections, significantly reducing financial stress.
