Software Engineer - Platform Integration

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data systems that reliably process large volumes of client financial data.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks as data volumes and complexity grow.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Solutions, and engineering teams to deliver client onboarding solutions.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate on project engineering direction.
• Take ideas from inception through production while maintaining quality, scalability, and user experience.

Requirements

• Backend software engineering experience, preferably with Python and/or Java and relational databases.
• Ability to work through data scale and performance challenges by optimizing pipelines and workflows.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with PySpark or similar data-processing frameworks is preferred.
• Experience building data systems with Databricks and/or AWS is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $142,000-$178,000 for roles in Colorado, California, and New York, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Bonus, equity, and benefits are offered in addition to base salary.
