Full Time Mobile Radiologic Technologist - Rad Tech Setting: Skilled Nursing Location: Exiges Diagnostics – 8800 SE Sunnyside Road, Suite 214N, Clackamas, Oregon 97015 Coverage Area: Olympia/Tacoma, WA Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating after‑hours and weekend call. Shift: Full‑time. Wages: $40.00 to $55.00 an hour. Company vehicle and gas card provided. Benefits Medical coverage, dental and vision coverage. Essential Duties And Job Responsibilities Provide accurate images to assist physicians in diagnosing patient illness by skillfully operating X‑ray equipment. Communicate with patients about expectations prior to taking X‑ray. Secure copy of physician’s order and patient fact sheet from nursing staff. Ensure operation of X‑ray equipment by completing required preventative maintenance and following manufacturer instructions. Verify that the patient receiving an X‑ray is correct and matches the information provided by dispatch. Report needs for supplies and equipment as identified. Comply with all state and federal regulations governing education requirements to maintain license. Use proper radiation protection techniques to ensure safety of self, patient, and staff while performing X‑ray or EKG. Clean and maintain vehicle and equipment to keep them in good working order. Maintain strict confidentiality. Requirements And Qualifications Ability to read and understand medical terminology and physician orders. Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Valid, unencumbered radiologic technician license in Washington. Valid driver’s license in good standing. CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications, Education And/or Experience Operational experience with SR115 and SR130 X‑ray machines including DR unit.
