Nxt Property Management is looking for a reliable Full‑Time Maintenance Technician to join the team at Arden Place Apartments in Orem, Utah. Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall upkeep of the Arden Place community. You'll work closely with the onsite team to ensure residents receive timely service and the property remains well cared for. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the apartment community Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Complete apartment turns and prepare vacant units for incoming residents Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, amenities, and common areas Support curb appeal through light groundskeeping and property upkeep Troubleshoot maintenance issues involving appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Partner with office staff and team members to support daily community operations Deliver excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and fellow associates Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21+ per hour, based on experience Full‑time benefits include Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Health Savings Account (HSA) option Ongoing training and development opportunities Why Join Nxt Property Management?
