• Run high-quality, pre-qualified appointments

• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and gutters, identify problems, and present solutions

• Present Good / Better / Best options and close same-day

• Deliver a premium customer experience from first interaction to project completion

• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media

Work Location: In person

$160,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Run company-provided, pre-qualified sales appointments with homeowners throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

• Inspect roofing, siding, windows, and gutter systems to identify damage, concerns, and improvement opportunities.

• Educate homeowners on inspection findings and recommend solutions based on their needs, priorities, and budget.

• Present clear Good, Better, and Best options using BlueBuilt’s proven sales process.

• Build trust quickly, confidently ask for the sale, and work to close qualified opportunities during the initial appointment.

• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, measurements, photos, and supporting documentation.

• Maintain consistent communication with customers from the initial appointment through project completion.

• Manage your sales pipeline, follow-up activities, and customer records accurately within the company CRM.

• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to installation.

• Generate additional sales opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, and community involvement.

• Participate in daily sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings.

• Maintain a working knowledge of BlueBuilt’s products, services, financing options, warranties, and sales promotions.

• Represent BlueBuilt professionally and provide a premium, five-star customer experience at every stage.

• Meet or exceed established sales, closing rate, revenue, activity, and customer-satisfaction goals.

• Maintain the assigned company vehicle, equipment, and sales materials in a clean and professional condition.

• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

• Minimum of three years of successful one-call close sales experience; in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to close sales during the initial appointment.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Confident asking for the sale and guiding homeowners through purchasing decisions.

• Competitive, self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results.

• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver a professional, five-star customer experience.

• Strong personal accountability with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

• Willingness to participate in daily training, coaching, and role-playing.

• Ability to learn roofing, siding, windows, gutters, financing options, and company sales systems.

• Comfortable using CRM software, mobile applications, email, and digital proposal tools.

• Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and perform exterior property inspections in varying weather conditions.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on homeowner appointments, including some evenings and Saturdays.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and strong time-management skills.

• Must successfully complete any required background check and motor vehicle record review.
