Complete Care at Holmdel Assisted Living Now Hiring: Director of Wellness (RN) Complete Care at Holmdel Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Wellness (RN) to lead clinical operations within our 121-bed assisted living community. This is an outstanding opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about resident-centered care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse with assisted living leadership experience who can ensure exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Qualifications Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required Prior leadership experience in an assisted living community required Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical standards Experience managing resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for providing high-quality care and enhancing resident quality of life Responsibilities Oversee all clinical and wellness services within the assisted living community Ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies, and clinical standards Manage resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing wellness monitoring Lead, coach, and support nursing staff and caregivers Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor quality indicators and implement programs to enhance resident outcomes Support resident admissions, transitions of care, and ongoing clinical needs Foster a culture focused on dignity, respect, engagement, and exceptional customer service Why Join Complete Care at Holmdel?
