• Shift / Schedule: Night (4x12 Hours), 19:007:30
• Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary

This position is for a well-rounded ED nurse. There is a psych holding area in the ED.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Leominster & Clinton campuses as required.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:5.
• Utilize Epic for charting.
• Adhere to scheduling based on the needs of the unit; absolutely no block schedules can be accommodated.
• Provide coverage every other weekend and holiday.
• Maintain flexibility to start four (4) hours prior to scheduled start time or four (4) hours after scheduled start time based on limited critical department need.

Education Requirements

• Permanent MA RN License required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Float requirement: float between Leominster & Clinton campuses
• Scheduling is based on the needs of the unit; absolutely no block schedules can be accommodated
• Must have flexibility to start four (4) hours prior to scheduled start time or four (4) hours after scheduled start time based on limited critical department need
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend and holiday
• Flu vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)

Important Notes

• Facility may be able to accommodate a quicker start date, but start dates beyond July 13 cannot be accepted.
• July RTO will not be approved unless it is 12 days.
