Job Description
Title: Oncology Nurse Navigator

Schedule: 8 Hour Days

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification
- Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience
- Oncology infusion experience
- EPIC Beacon experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments.
- Occasionally administer chemotherapy infusions as required.
