Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional community tours.
- Present apartment homes and amenities while highlighting the value of the community.
- Convert leads into leases by following up with prospects and maintaining strong communication.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and lease renewal programs.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Ensure model apartments, clubhouse, and amenity areas remain tour-ready.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous multifamily leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus. Weekend availability required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Sales-oriented with the ability to build rapport and close leases.
