PrintsWell SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Full Time Seasonal Position Schedule Monday Friday 800 am 430 pm Work Environment Friendly fast paced and team oriented PrintsWell a Christian owned personalized stationery company located in the PelhamOak Mountain area is seeking a dependable and customer focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative Our customers are celebrating life's meaningful moments weddings showers holidays and notes of encouragement Every order carries significance and we look for people who serve with that in mind This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly enjoys helping people and can stay organized in a busy seasonal environment Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers by phone and email Answer questions about orders products shipping and account information Research order details and communicate accurate updates to customers Enter and update customer information in company systems Work with production shipping accounting and other departments to resolve concerns Document customer interactions and follow up when needed Help customers with file and design questions for candidates with graphic design experience Assist with other customer service and office duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service office or order entry experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers email and web based systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm during busy periods Dependable attendance positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Graphic design experience or familiarity with print ready files is a plus and qualifies for increased pay Starting at 19 per hour with increased pay for candidates with graphic design experience About PrintsWell PrintsWell has been creating personalized stationery products since 1991 We are a faith based values driven company and we believe every employee is a valuable part of our team We are committed to providing a supportive quality focused workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr Printswell INC
