We're looking for a talented individual to join us as a Crew Supervisor! This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress. Key Responsibilities Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise Education and Experience Over 3 years’ relevant industry experience preferred. BPI Certification a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre‑employment checks. Compensation Hourly rate: $32 – $35 per hour. Compensation is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees and certifications. DOT Requirements Candidate must meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
