Job Summary This position is responsible for a variety of duties, ranging from clerical to highly complex, relating to the research, organization and verification of property ownership, location, valuation and taxation data through deeds and other recorded documentation. The role accurately and timely transfers title on all property sales and transactions not requiring a reconfiguration of land, processes senior and veteran property tax exemption applications, assists with assessment and appraisal projects, and provides accurate information and assistance to the public. Pay Rate The hourly range is from $23.03 to $26.23 depending on experience, plus full benefits. The County pays monthly on the last weekday of the month.
