About the Opportunity:

• 4 1/2 day work week
• Practice with a board-certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician, and one Advanced Practice Provider
• AdvancedPractice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensureoptimalpatient outcomes
• Dependable hours with a focus on work-life balance
• Shared call
