Front of House Supervisor

Earn approximately $850$1,000 per week in a hybrid service and leadership role at a community-focused brewery restaurant in Philadelphia.

We are hiring a Front of House Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the floor during busy shifts, and help develop a strong hospitality team. This role is ideal for an experienced server or bartender ready to take the next step into restaurant management while continuing to earn tipped income.

You'll work a combination of supervisor, server, and bartender shifts while partnering closely with the General Manager to maintain service standards, team communication, and guest satisfaction.

Compensation

• $20$23 per hour during supervisor shifts
• $5.83 per hour plus tips during server and bartender shifts
• Estimated earnings of $850$1,000 per week

Schedule

• 3540 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required
• Wednesday and Thursday evening availability required
• Walk-in interviews welcome Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00pm6:00pm (appointments preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager during daily operations

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• 3+ years of serving or bartending experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
