Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm schedule closed on federal holidays

18 22 patients per day

Family medicine clinic community health, rural health, or FQHC experience preferred

All ages seen pediatric through geriatric

Basic primary care follow-ups, wellness, sick visits, chronic health management

Preferred skills: joint injections, women's health, IUD, Nexplanon

Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience required

Hospital privileges required
